Timberwolf is the project name of the AmigaOS port of the Firefox web browser (for legal reasons it cannot be called Firefox). Firefox is an award-winning open source web browser and is the de-facto-standard browser across a wide variety of operating system, taking second place in popularity after Microsoft' s Internet Explorer. Its features include tabbed browsing, support for HTML 5, ECMAScript 3.1, and CSS 3, extensibility through addons, and a lot more. In short, Firefox is the most complete open source browser to date.

|Title:||Feedback and current work|
|Text:||Not a real update per se, but we want to thank everyone for the valuable feedback provided, bug reports and proposed improvements. We've assembled a large list of things to implement and fix and will do that in the course of the next weeks.
So, in the meantime, we've been working on getting some things fixed. For example, Timberwolf now displays a splash screen while starting up to give some additional feedback during launch. We also fixed a few minor bugs, like the program crashing when the zip window gadget is clicked.
Our current work is replacing the file requester with an Amiga standard requester. So in essence, the next version should solve the problems with downloads not working.
We're also looking into the issues with bookmarks not working for some of you.
Look out for a new beta appearing somewhere in the near future.
